Data collected

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), project type and message. No sensitive data is requested.

Purpose

This data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and handle commercial follow-up. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and manage the commercial relationship, then deleted on request.

Data hosting

Requests are stored securely in our CRM, with restricted access, and forwarded by email to our team.

Your rights

In accordance with law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@digy.ma. You may also contact the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).

Cookies and analytics

Technical cookies necessary for proper operation (language, theme) are used. We also measure traffic in an aggregated way (Vercel Analytics).

Meta Pixel and advertising

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show relevant ads on Meta's platforms. The Pixel may set cookies and send Meta browsing data (page views, form submission). You can manage these trackers from your Meta account's ad settings or through your browser settings.
